Data deletion

This page explains how to delete data associated with Diabi.

Local data

Meal history, favorites and other local data can be deleted using available App features. All local App data can also be removed by clearing Diabi app data in system settings or uninstalling the App.

Online analysis

Disabling consent for Online Analysis stops new data from being sent for online analysis. Technical data and logs already processed by providers may remain subject to their retention rules.

Subscription and backend

Some technical purchase and entitlement data may be retained by the backend for access verification, billing, security and complaint handling. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

Backend data requests

To ask about backend data or request deletion where provided by law, contact team@diabi.app. Do not include unnecessary health data or purchase tokens in the message.

Google Play

Payment data and transaction history processed by Google Play are governed by Google’s rules and may require separate action through the Google Play account.
